Job Title: Internal Audit Director

Annual Pay Rate: $43,200.00

Hourly Rate: $30.00

Commission Rate: 0.25% Per Contract

Location: Remote/Work From Home

Total Body Mobile Massage is seeking an experienced and dynamic Internal Audit Director to join our team. As a senior member of our organization, the Internal Audit Director will be responsible for overseeing and implementing all aspects of the internal audit function, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices. The successful candidate will have a strong background in internal audit and risk management, and will be able to lead a team of audit professionals.

Responsibilities:

• Overseeing internal audit operations
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive internal audit program that evaluates the effectiveness of internal controls, risk management, and compliance processes
• Lead and manage a team of audit professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship as necessary
• Collaborate with senior management to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to mitigate risks
• Evaluate financial and operational processes for efficiency and effectiveness
• Monitor and report on the results of internal audits, identifying trends and areas for improvement
• Keep abreast of regulatory requirements and industry best practices, ensuring that the internal audit function remains current and in compliance with laws, regulations, and company policies

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field; CPA or CIA certification preferred
• 7 years of experience in internal audit, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
• Strong knowledge of internal audit methodologies, risk management practices, and regulatory requirements
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
• Proven experience leading and developing a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Available shifts and compensation: Available shifts all days except Sundays and Saturdays. Compensation is $29.50 - $30.50/hour.
